Martin has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Lund University and has been working in recruitment for over 15 years. He has worked with both global players and small companies in manufacturing industries, banking/insurance, pharmaceuticals, and software industries.

 

Martin has a background as a project manager, researcher, and consultant, but for the past ten years, he has been running his own company focusing on search and recruitment. Martin also works as a coach for managers in their career development and supports managers in various types of organizational development.

Martin's preference is to work closely with his clients and gain a deep understanding of their businesses and corporate culture. This is partly to satisfy his own curiosity and partly to develop the best possible understanding of the type of candidate that would fit each client the most. In his free time, he trains, reads, and plays various games.
