Fredrik holds an MSc degree from the University of Gothenburg, is a licensed psychologist, and has been working in executive recruitment and assessment since 1996.

 

He has extensive experience as a researcher, consultant, and partner at Amrop in Malmö. In addition, Fredrik has gained experience as an HR Business Partner and Inhouse Executive Recruiter at AP Möller - Maersk and Novo Nordisk in Denmark, as well as being responsible for Talent Acquisition at a European level.

 

He has conducted global recruitments, covering not only large parts of Europe but also the United States, Japan, China, and India.

Delivering service at the highest level is what drives Fredrik, along with working closely with clients and candidates and guiding both parties throughout the entire recruitment process. Flexibility and a fast pace are also distinguishing features of Fredrik's work style.

In his personal life, Fredrik highly values travel, family, and paddle tennis (padel).
