Fredrik Krüeger is a law graduate from Lund University and has complemented his legal degree with studies in business economics at EFL and psychology at Humanova. Fredrik has experience in several industries (such as real estate, IT, pharmaceuticals, banking and finance, and the fitness industry) where he has worked as an HR and Communications Manager for nearly 25 years.

 

He has been involved in numerous major change processes in international companies such as Skanska, Framfab, Ferring, and Ikano Bank. Fredrik has extensively worked on leadership development and has a well-documented track record of identifying and further developing talents, both at an individual level and through various talent programs.

Fredrik approaches his assignments with innovative thinking and great energy. He loves training and sports in general, and when he is not practicing sports himself, he is a frequent visitor to various sporting events. He also has a great interest in travel and cooking.
